These Terms apply to all services provided by Bass Protection Services, including armed security, unarmed security, event security, personal protection, property and asset protection, mobile patrols, and security consulting.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Services Provided
Security Services
Bass Protection Services provides a variety of security services, including but not limited to armed and unarmed security, event security, personal protection (bodyguards), property and asset protection, mobile patrols, and custom security consulting. These services are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Service Agreement
A detailed service agreement will be provided to the client before the commencement of any service. The agreement will outline the scope of services, duration, fees, and other terms specific to the service being provided. The client must sign the agreement to confirm their acceptance of these terms.
Subcontractors
Bass Protection Services may, at its discretion, subcontract third parties to carry out certain aspects of the services, provided that these subcontractors comply with the same terms and standards that Bass Protection Services upholds. The client agrees to allow for such subcontracting as part of the service provision.
Client Obligations
Provision of Accurate Information
The client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of services. This includes details about the premises to be secured, the type of security required, and any potential risks or threats that may affect the security plan.
Cooperation
The client agrees to cooperate with Bass Protection Services and provide access to the necessary locations, facilities, and equipment required for the effective provision of security services. This includes allowing our personnel to patrol, monitor, or perform security-related tasks at the designated sites.
Compliance with Laws
The client agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, including those relating to security personnel, firearms (if applicable), and the provision of security services in their jurisdiction.
Payment Terms
Fees
Fees for services provided by Bass Protection Services will be outlined in the service agreement. The client agrees to pay all fees promptly as specified in the agreement.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made through various methods, including bank transfers, credit cards, and checks. The specific payment methods accepted will be detailed in the service agreement.
Late Payment
In the event of late payment, Bass Protection Services reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of [insert interest rate]% per month on the outstanding balance, calculated from the due date until full payment is received.
Refunds and Cancellations

Liability and Indemnification
Limitation of Liability
Bass Protection Services shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided under the service agreement.
Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bass Protection Services, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s negligence or breach of these Terms and Conditions, including any actions that result in harm to persons or property.
Force Majeure
Bass Protection Services will not be held liable for any delay or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or other events that impede the ability to deliver services.
Termination of Services
Termination by Client
The client may terminate services by providing written notice to Bass Protection Services as outlined in the service agreement. Depending on the timing of the termination, cancellation fees may apply.
Termination by Bass Protection Services
Bass Protection Services reserves the right to terminate the service agreement with immediate effect if the client breaches any of the Terms outlined herein or if the provision of services becomes impossible due to circumstances outside of our control.
Post-Termination Obligations
Upon termination of services, the client agrees to pay any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination. Bass Protection Services will return any client-owned equipment or property unless otherwise agreed upon.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All intellectual property, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary content, is owned by Bass Protection Services. Clients may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Licensing of Materials
Bass Protection Services grants the client a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials and resources provided during the service period solely for the purpose of utilizing the services.
Dispute Resolution
Arbitration
In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Bowie, Maryland.
Miscellaneous
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and any service agreement signed between Bass Protection Services and the client constitute the entire agreement and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
